Amy Beth, I feel like I have to get hold of you. Will you stop putting yourself down all the time. You are the most capable person in all that you do. You know a great deal about a great amount of things. You may have a hard time in a group feeling comfortable but many of us are the same way and you have been putting yourself out there and doing great with it. I’m amazed at the wonderful sewing you do for one thing. Also, you are always making your own adjustments to all kinds of knitting projects and making them work wonderfully. You are raising a little one who is very grounded and happy. You are able to put out a great podcast and I always seem to learn something from you each time. Please give yourself some credit and room to make mistakes but grow from them like we all have to do. I could go on and on about how smart and great a human being you are. You have many, many friends who enjoy you and that’s saying much more than many other human beings can say. But it breaks my heart to hear you keep putting yourself down. There is nothing that you can’t do and do successfully and well that you put your hand and mind to. Enjoy it and allow yourself to be proud of it as well. You are very humble which is great but you can be humble yet proud of what you can do as well. I doubt that you have a mean bone in your body. I hope I don’t offend you with this but that you will find pleasure in yourself and how great you are.

Catching up now in a Labor Day bingewatch fest – YES – I want a bag in the crazy girl-in-boat-knits-and-catches-milkman fabric, who wouldn’t? Definitely tell us when you are ready for preorders! Happy fall!
